Your Privacy Choices
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Chef Stack does not sell your personal information for money. We do use Google Analytics and, on our ad-supported free tier, third-party advertising technologies. Under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), that activity may count as “sharing” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can turn that off below. It takes effect immediately in this browser, and we will not ask you to reconsider.
Turns off Google Analytics, advertising tags, and campaign tracking for you.
What this does
Opting out stops us from:
- Loading Google Analytics and any advertising tags on the pages you visit.
- Recording how you arrived here, including advertising click identifiers such as Google's
gclidand Meta'sfbclid. - Sending server-side conversion events about your account to Google Analytics.
It does not affect the cookies that keep you signed in, remember your dietary filters, or otherwise make the Service work. Those are described in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or an extension sends one, we treat it as a valid opt-out request and turn off sharing automatically — you do not need to do anything on this page. You can still use the control above to allow sharing on this browser if you prefer.
If you are signed in
We save your choice to your account, so it follows you to your phone, a second browser, and any device you sign in on — and it survives clearing your cookies. If you are not signed in, we can only remember it in this browser, so you may need to set it again after clearing your browsing data or on another device.
Other ways to opt out
You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, use the DAA opt-out tool, or email us at privacy@mychefstack.com. We will never treat you differently for exercising this right.
